Hinte ist eine Gemeinde im Landkreis Aurich in Ostfriesland. Mit 7219 Einwohnern zählt sie zu den kleineren Gemeinden im Landkreis. Mit einer Fläche von 48 Quadratkilometern ist sie zudem die kleinste Einheitsgemeinde auf dem Festland des Landkreises.
