Katzow ist eine Gemeinde im Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald. Die Gemeinde wird vom Amt Lubmin mit Sitz im Seebad Lubmin verwaltet.
Katzow liegt zwischen Greifswald und Wolgast nördlich der Bundesstraße 109. Zirka sechs Kilometer östlich der Gemeinde liegt die Stadt Wolgast und neun Kilometer nördlich liegt der Amtssitz Lubmin. Bei Jägerhof verläuft die Bundesstraße 111. Der Süden des Gemeindegebietes ist bewaldet , während im Norden die Landwirtschaft dominiert.
