Nieby ist eine Gemeinde an der Ostsee im Kreis Schleswig-Flensburg in Schleswig-Holstein mit den Ortsteilen Nieby, Falshöft , Beveroe und Niebywesterfeld sowie fast das gesamte Naturschutzgebiet Geltinger Birk.
Nieby liegt etwa fünf Kilometer entfernt von Gelting direkt an der freien Ostsee auf einer Halbinsel am Ausgang der Flensburger Förde im nördlichen Teil des Angelner Landes.
