Dutenhofen ist der östlichste Stadtteil von Wetzlar im mittelhessischen Lahn-Dill-Kreis. Der Ort hat etwa 3100 Einwohner.
Der Stadtteil liegt an und über einem Nordhang des Lahntals und zählt zum Hüttenberger Land. Dutenhofen erstreckt sich südlich oberhalb der Lahn am Hang und auf einer Hochfläche, die es sich mit dem Nachbarort Münchholzhausen teilt. Am östlichen Ortsrand fließt der Welschbach, im Westen der Stehbach. Nahe Dutenhofens mündet der Kleebach in die Lahn.
