Hausen () ist seit dem 1. April 1910 ein nordwestlicher Stadtteil von Frankfurt am Main.
Das ehemalige Mühlendorf wurde 1910 zusammen mit zehn anderen Orten des Landkreises Frankfurt in die Stadt Frankfurt am Main eingemeindet. Die Einwohnerzahl beträgt 7.278.
Hausen liegt ca. 4,5 km nordwestlich der Innenstadt von Frankfurt am Main, südwestlich des Flusses Nidda. Es grenzt im Nordwesten an Praunheim und im Südosten an den Industriehof in Bockenheim an und bildet mit diesen Stadtteilen eine bauliche Einheit. Im Nordosten trennt der Volkspark Niddatal Hausen von Ginnheim. Im Südwesten liegt jenseits der Nidda der Stadtteil Rödelheim.
