Die Schiersteiner Brücke ist eine 1280 Meter lange, bislang vierstreifige Autobahnbrücke der Bundesautobahn 643 über den Rhein.
Sie überspannt bei Strom-Kilometer 504,4 das untere Ende der beidseitig vom Rhein umströmten Rettbergsaue zwischen Wiesbaden-Schierstein und Mainz-Mombach. Neben den weiter flussaufwärts liegenden Brücken Theodor-Heuss-Brücke und Weisenauer Brücke ist sie die dritte Straßenquerung des Rheins bei Mainz und Wiesbaden.
