Die Schleuse Oberhausen gehört – vom Rhein her – zur zweiten der fünf Kanalstufen des Rhein-Herne-Kanals. Sie befindet sich im Oberhausener Stadtteil Lirich am Kanalkilometer 5,68.
Die heutige Schleusengruppe überbrückt eine Höhendifferenz von 4,10 m und besitzt zwei Schleusen. Die südliche Schleuse wurde zwischen 1977 und 1979 errichtet und hat eine nutzbare Länge von 190 m und eine Nutzbreite von 11,99 m. Die nördliche Schleuse wurde am 28. Juli 1984 nach zweijähriger Bauzeit fertiggestellt und besitzt eine nutzbare Länge von ebenfalls 190 Meter und eine Nutzbreite von 11,88 m.
