Die Weberbank Actiengesellschaft ist ein Kreditinstitut mit Sitz in Berlin. Sie betreibt das Geschäft mit vermögenden oder am Vermögensaufbau interessierten Privatkunden sowie Institutionellen.
Sie wurde von den Bankiers Hans Weber als Komplementär und Georg Michaelis als Kommanditist am 10. September 1949 als KGaA gegründet. Bankier Hans Weber wirkte überwiegend nach außen. Als die Berliner Börse am 11. März 1952 wiedereröffnet wurde, wählte sie Hans Weber zu deren ersten Präsidenten. Er verstarb am 2. Juli 1966 bei einem Reitunfall. Sein Schwiegersohn, Ehrhardt Bödecker, übernahm die Leitung der Bank.
