Groß Neuendorf ist ein Ortsteil der Gemeinde Letschin im Landkreis Märkisch-Oderland in Brandenburg, gelegen am östlichsten Rand des Oderbruchs an der Grenze zu Polen.
Groß Neuendorf liegt am linken, westlichen Ufer der Oder. Die Mitte der Oder markiert die Grenze zu Polen und damit die Ostgrenze Deutschlands, des Landes Brandenburg, des Landkreises Märkisch-Oderland und der Gemeinde Letschin. Groß Neuendorf liegt leicht erhöht im Oderbruch. Trotzdem wäre es ohne den Oderdamm ständig von Überschwemmung bedroht.
