Das SRH Fachkrankenhaus Neresheim ist ein neurologisch-neurochirurgisches Fachkrankenhaus in Neresheim . Es gehört zur SRH Kliniken GmbH, die zur SRH Holding gehört.
Das Fachkrankenhaus ist auf die Behandlung von schwersten Schädel-Hirn-Verletzungen und Hirnschädigungen spezialisiert. Es verfügt über 50 Betten, davon 12 Intensivpflegebetten mit der Möglichkeit zur Dauerbeatmung. Mittels einer Kombination von Intensivmedizin und neurologischer Frührehabilitation können frühzeitig frührehabilitative Therapieansätze angewandt werden. Ein Operationssaal ermöglicht die Durchführung neurochirurgischer Operationen ohne zusätzliche Belastung für den Patienten durch eine Verlegung in ein anderes Krankenhaus. Das Fachkrankenhaus Neresheim verfügt über einen Lokomat, der mit Hilfe eines computergestützten Gangtrainings die Patienten dabei unterstützt, die eingeschränkte Bewegungsmotorik wieder aufzubauen.
