Königin Christina wohnte während ihrer Romreise 1654 im Haus von Gerdt Werkamp und Ilse Erenstinck in der Köthorstraße (heute Königstraße) in Minden. Die oberen Stockwerke existierten damals noch nicht. Über der Tür befinden sich mehrere Inschriften: „An Gottes Segen ist alles gelegen“ und „Wer Gott Vortrauwet hat wol gebauet“ mit der Jahreszahl 1644. In der Mitte die Namen der Bewohner Gerdt Werkampf und Ilse Erenstinck.
