Die sechste Etappe des Badischen Weinradwegs führt auf rund 67 km durch die Weinregion Kraichgau. Von Ettlingen führt der Weg nun in die Weinregion Kraichgau. Den ersten Stopp auf der 65 km langen Etappe sollte man in Durlach, einem Stadtteil von Karlsruhe, einlegen. Hier befindet sich die Weinlage am Turmberg mit darüber liegender Aussichtsterrasse mit Blick auf die Fächerstadt. Kurvenreich geht es durch die hügelige Landschaft und nach 30 km führt der Weg zum imposanten Barockschloss in Bruchsal. Die Etappe endet in Oberderdingen, wo der badische auf den württembergischen Weinbau trifft. Die Weinlandschaft betrachten lässt es sich am besten vom „Weinplateau Derdinger Horn“.
