Mit Flaschen, Eimern, Krügen oder sogar Wasserpistolen. Am 29. Juni ist im spanischen Haro alles erlaubt während der traditionellen Batalla del vino, also dem Weinkampf. Die Regeln sind einfach: Wer noch nicht rosa oder lila gekleidet ist, weil er mit Wein durchnässt wurde, darf mit Rioja beworfen werden.
Das Fest geht bis ins sechste Jahrhundert zurück. Nach dem Tod von Felices de Bilibio, einem lokalen Heiligen, wurden Pilger am Ende ihres Weges 'getauft' mit Wein.
