Die Serra d'Almos ist ein Dorf der Gemeinde Tivissa in der katalanischen Comarca Ribera d'Ebre. Die Bevölkerung beträgt 242 Einwohner.
Es bildete 1787 eine Gemeinde durch Abspaltung von Tivissa und wurde 1940 wieder eingegliedert. Seitdem hat ein großer Teil der Bevölkerung großes Interesse gezeigt, sich von Tivissa abzuspalten, was sich in verschiedenen erfolglosen Versuchen niedergeschlagen hat, die politische Anerkennung der Serra d'Almos als unabhängige Gemeinde zu erhalten. Am 30. September 2009 genehmigte der Gemeinderat von Tivissa das Verfahren zur Gründung der dezentralisierten Gemeindeeinheit Serra d'Almos.
