Wir fahren nach Crespià und folgen der Fluvia bis Sant Pere Pescador. Dann geht es ins Landesinnere, nach Banyoles, und über Sant Miguel de Campmajor zu den Vulkanen in der Nähe von Santa Pau. Am Nachmittag beenden wir die Tour auf dem gemütlichen Platz von Cistella. Dort haben wir ein leckeres Mittagessen bei Can Varoca.
