Laissac ist eine frühere französische Gemeinde mit 1644 Einwohnern im Département Aveyron in der Region Okzitanien. Als Gemeinde gehörte sie zum Arrondissement Rodez und zum Kanton Lot et Palanges. Die Einwohner werden Laissaguais genannt.Seit dem 1. Januar 2016 ist Laissac Teil der Gemeinde Laissac-Sévérac l’Église.
