Thivencelle ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 836 Einwohnern im Département Nord in der Region Hauts-de-France. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Valenciennes und zum Kanton Marly . Thivencelle liegt etwa zehn Kilometer nordwestlich von Valenciennes am Fluss Haine und seinem Zufluss Hogneau, am Rande des Regionalen Naturparks Scarpe-Schelde nahe der Grenze zu Belgien. Thivencelle wird umgeben von den Nachbargemeinden Condé-sur-l’Escaut im Norden und Westen, Saint-Aybert im Norden und Osten, Crespin im Süden und Südosten sowie Quarouble im Süden und Südwesten.
