Bony ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 138 Einwohnern im Département Aisne in der Region Hauts-de-France . Die Gemeinde gehört zum Arrondissement Saint-Quentin und zum Kanton Bohain-en-Vermandois. Bony liegt etwa 17 Kilometer nördlich von Saint-Quentin. Der Canal de Saint-Quentin begrenzt die Gemeinde im Norden. Umgeben wird Bony von den Nachbargemeinden Vendhuile im Norden und Nordwesten, Gouy im Osten und Nordosten, Le Catelet im Osten, Bellicourt im Süden, Hargicourt im Südwesten sowie Ronssoy und Lempire im Westen.
