Der Aquädukt von Agen (Pont-canal d'Agen) ist ein Aquädukt, der den Kanal de Garonne über die Garonne führt. Er befindet sich in der Gemeinde Agen in der Region Aquitanien in Frankreich.
Der Aquädukt ist eine gemauerte Konstruktion aus behauenem Stein, die aus 23 Bögen besteht, von denen jeder eine Spannweite von 20 m hat. Zu seiner Fertigstellung war er der längste befahrbare Aquädukt in Frankreich. Er hat eine Länge von 539 Metern, eine Breite von 12,48 m und eine Kanalbreite von 8,82 m.
