Saint-Symphorien ist ein Stadtviertel der Stadt Tours im Département Indre-et-Loire in der Region Centre-Val de Loire in Frankreich.
Während der Französischen Religionskriege war das Gebiet des späteren Saint-Symphorien Schauplatz eines Gefechts zwischen den Truppen des Herzogs Charles de Mayenne und denen von Heinrichs III. und Heinrichs von Navarra.
