Der zentrale Strand von Lacanau Océan befindet sich direkt im Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Schritte von zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt und ist leicht mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen
Dieser Strand ist ein Symbol für die Surfkultur in Nouvelle- Aquitaine! Jedes Jahr im August findet hier nämlich ein Sportereignis statt: der Caraïbos Lacanau Pro, eine der ältesten Etappen einer weltbekannten Surfmeisterschaft!
Achtung: Bei Flut ist der Strand verkleinert! Dieses Phänomen ist ein Marker für die Auswirkungen der Erosion. Sie können daher auf den Nord- und Südstrand ausweichen, die mehr Platz bieten.
50 Meter von der Rettungsstation am zentralen Strand entfernt befindet sich der Strandclub Mickey's Diary, in dem Ihre Kinder betreut werden können
Tiere sind im Sommer am Strand nicht erlaubt. Beachten Sie die am Strandeingang ausgehängten Regeln.
