Das 1896 gegründete Bouillon Chartier befindet sich in der Nähe des Grévin-Museums. Es empfängt Pariser und Touristen aus aller Welt in einem Dekor der Belle Époque. Der Saal des Restaurants steht unter Denkmalschutz. Das Restaurant ist sieben Tage die Woche ohne Reservierung geöffnet und bietet eine traditionelle, abwechslungsreiche und preiswerte Küche. Das Ballett der Kellner in schwarzen Westen und weißen Schürzen ist unwiderstehlich.
