Le b?uf à la mode ist ein Restaurant mit Metzgerei und wie der Chefkoch sagt: "Alle unsere Produkte werden mit großer Sorgfalt ausgewählt. Unsere Rinder sind mindestens acht Jahre alt, um Ihnen das schmackhafteste und zarteste Fleisch zu liefern. Unser Kalbfleisch wird von der Mutter aufgezogen, ebenso wie unsere Lämmer, die im Freien gehalten werden. Alle unsere Gerichte sind hausgemacht und werden mit frischen Produkten von lokalen Lieferanten zubereitet. Wir legen großen Wert auf die Qualität unserer Produkte. Das Fleisch wird auf traditionelle Weise in unserer Metzgerei auf Bestellung zerlegt.
