Ein neues Abenteuer für dieses Team, das zuvor über 15 Jahre lang in der Orangerie in Sudan ansässig war.
Ludovic und Sébastien Brunet haben im Herzen von Saint-Maixent-l'Ecole, am Ende einer hübschen Gasse, ein typisches Gebäude der Region Deux-Sévrienne restauriert, um ihr neues Restaurant "Rest'o11" zu eröffnen.
Das Lokal besteht aus zwei gemütlichen Sälen mit Steinen und Holzbalken, einer im Erdgeschoss, der andere im Zwischengeschoss, der über eine wunderschöne Steintreppe erreichbar ist.
Auf dem Teller eine Küche mit Aromen von heute und früher, die sich aus frischen Produkten zusammensetzt.
Die lokalen Produkte werden insbesondere für den Ziegenkäse, das Bier, den Honig, das Fleisch aus der Parthenaise und die Ente aufgewertet.
