Im Westen und Nordwesten grenzt Luppitt an Dunkeswell. Im Norden stößt die Spitze der Gemarkung an Hemyock und Clayhidon. Im Nordosten benachbart ist Upottery. Im Südosten liegt Monkton. Die Südspitze Luppitts stößt an Honiton. Südwestlich grenzt Combe Raleigh an Luppitt.
