Llanbadarn Fawr ist eine Gemeinde in Powys, innerhalb der historischen Grenzen von Radnorshire, im Zentrum von Wales. Die Gemeinde besteht aus einem Stück hügeligen Landes, das direkt nordöstlich von Llandrindod Wells liegt, und umfasst die Siedlungen Crossgates und Fron. Im Jahr 2001 hatte die Gemeinde eine Bevölkerung von 654, die sich bei der Volkszählung 2011 auf 701 erhöhte. Der Name der Gemeinde stammt von der örtlichen Kirche.
