Waldstock ist ein jährliches Wohltätigkeitsmusikfestival, das im Gelände des Fighting Cocks Public House in Wendens Ambo, Essex, stattfindet. Waldstock wird vollständig von Freiwilligen organisiert, von denen viele selbst Musiker sind, und die Bands, die auftreten, geben ihre Zeit völlig kostenlos.
Die Idee für Waldstock entstand, nachdem eine vorherige Veranstaltung an dem Veranstaltungsort, die von einer unabhängigen dritten Partei organisiert wurde, im Mai 2010 von der Gemeinde nicht die Genehmigung erhielt, stattfinden zu dürfen. Ein kleines Komitee aus lokalen Musikern und Musikfans stellte die Veranstaltung in nur fünf Wochen auf die Beine, und sie fand am 19. und 20. Juni 2010 statt.
