Dinas ist eine Station an der Schmalspurbahn Welsh Highland Railway, die 1877 als North Wales Narrow Gauge Railways Moel Tryfan Undertaking gebaut wurde, um bearbeiteten Schiefer für den Umschlag an die LNWR zu transportieren. Der Personenverkehr wurde am 26. September 1936 eingestellt, bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt war Dinas eine gemeinsame Station, bekannt als Dinas Junction mit der LNWR und später der LMS. 1951 schloss die British Railways ihren Teil der Station, aber die Strecke durch die Station blieb bis zur Schließung der Strecke von Caernarvon nach Afon Wen im Jahr 1964 offen. Das Trasse wurde anschließend als der Lôn Eifion-Tourist-Radweg entwickelt.
