East Point Office Park im Docklands-Gebiet von Dublin, Irland, ist einer der größten Businessparks des Landes und bietet Tausenden von Menschen einen Arbeitsplatz. Er befindet sich im East Wall-Gebiet auf eingeholtem Land.
Der Park liegt auf Land, das aus der Dublin Bay und der Mündung des Flusses Tolka zurückgewonnen wurde. Die erste Phase des Parks wurde etwa 1996 für den Geschäftsbetrieb eröffnet.
Der Standort, an dem sich EastPoint befindet, war ursprünglich als Standort für einen neuen City Airport in Dublin geplant, ähnlich dem London City Airport. Als sich dieser Plan letztendlich als unpraktisch erwies, wurde das Gelände von Earlsfort Centre Developments erworben.
