Der Tolka Valley Park ist ein öffentlicher Park am Fluss Tolka, der sich über die Vororte Ashtown, Finglas und Glasnevin in Dublin, Irland erstreckt.
Auf einer Fläche von etwa 50 Hektar erstrecken sich Teile des Parks über eine ehemalige städtische Mülldeponie, während der östliche Teil des Parks auf den Grundstücken des ehemaligen Finglaswood House liegt. Einige der Waldgebiete des Parks wurden 2011 angepflanzt, während die Feuchtgebietsabschnitte des Parks 1999 entwickelt wurden. Diese „integrierten künstlichen Feuchtgebiete“ wurden an der Zusammenflussstelle des Finglaswood Stream und des Flusses Tolka gebaut und sollen die Wasserqualität verbessern und die Verschmutzung des Gewässers verringern. Teile des Flusses Tolka innerhalb des Parks wurden mit Lachsen und Forellen besetzt.
