Calcata ist eine Gemeinde mit 907 Einwohnern in der Provinz Viterbo in der italienischen Region Latium.
Calcata liegt 43 km nördlich von Rom und 51 km südöstlich von Viterbo.
Es liegt im vulkanischen Hügelland des südlichen Tuscien mit seinen tief eingeschnittenen Tälern, der historischen Landschaft der Falisker. Calcata besteht aus den Ortsteilen Calcata Nuova und dem mittelalterlichen Calcata Vecchia, das spektakulär auf einem Felssporn über dem steilen Trejatal liegt. Calcata ist Zentrum des Naturparks Valle del Treja.
