Das Palästerchen wurde 1898 nach den Plänen des Architekten Marco Aurelio Crotta für die Familie Peirano erbaut. In den 60er Jahren schenkte der damalige Eigentümer, der reiche Mailänder Giovanni Battista Massone, das Gebäude der Gemeinde Mailand, die es in ein Ferienhaus für die Schüler der Grund- und Schulen in Mailand umwandelte.[1][2]
