Diekirch ist eine Stadt im Großherzogtum Luxemburg mit etwa 6000 Einwohnern, die an der Sauer oder Sauer liegt. Die Stadt ist die Hauptstadt des Kantons Diekirch und zieht viele Touristen an.
Die Stadt hat eine lange Geschichte; Römische Mosaike können im Stadtmuseum besichtigt werden und auch die St.-Laurentius-Kirche ist auf römischen Fundamenten errichtet.
Bekannt ist die Stadt auch für die gleichnamige Brauerei.
