Doornenburg ist ein Dorf in der niederländischen Gemeinde Lingewaard in der Provinz Gelderland mit 2709 Einwohnern (Stand: 1. Januar 2009). Das Dorf liegt an der Kreuzung des Rheins im Pannerdensch Kanal und der Waal. Durch diese strategische Lage an der Kreuzung zwischen den beiden Flüssen ist Doornenburg besonders bekannt für das Kasteel Doornenburg. Hier wurde die Fernsehsendung Floris aufgenommen. Fort Pannerden ist eine weitere Sehenswürdigkeit. Dieses Fort wird seit 2011 restauriert; man kann das Fort von außen besichtigen und es wird in Zukunft für Besucher geöffnet sein.
