Braamt ist ein niederländischer Ort in der Gemeinde Montferland, Provinz Gelderland, einige Kilometer südlich der A18 und direkt neben der Durchgangsstraße von Doetinchem nach 's-Heerenberg. Das Dorf liegt in der Region Montferland. Bis 2005 war es Teil der damals aufgelösten Gemeinde Bergh. Im Jahr 2021 lebten in Braamt und dem angrenzenden Außenbereich 1.360 Personen. Ein Teil des Außenbereichs von Braamt liegt an den Montferländer Hügeln. Dieses höher gelegene Gebiet ist im Volksmund als Baoven-Braomp bekannt.
