Balgoij oder Balgoy ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Wijchen in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Am 1. Januar 2021 hatte Balgoij 725 Einwohner. Bis zum 1. Mai 1923 bildete Balgoij zusammen mit der Wüstung Keent die Gemeinde Balgoij. 1923 wurde die Gemeinde Overasselt zugeordnet. Keent wurde 1937 durch die Kanalisierung der Maas abgetrennt und 1958 endgültig in die Brabantische Gemeinde Ravenstein eingegliedert. Nach einem Referendum sprach sich 1977 eine Mehrheit des Dorfes für den Beitritt zur Gemeinde Wijchen aus, was 1980 auch geschah.
