Der Bahnhof Grou-Jirnsum ist der Bahnhof von Grouw und Irnsum in Friesland an der Strecke Meppel - Leeuwarden der Eisenbahnlinie Arnhem - Leeuwarden. Er wurde am 1. September 1868 eröffnet. Am 30. Mai 1999 wurde der ursprüngliche Stationsname Grouw-Irnsum an die seit 1989 offiziellen friesischen Ortsnamen Grou und Jirnsum angepasst. Die Abkürzung ist weiterhin Gw, obwohl kein w mehr im Namen vorkommt.
