Die Sint-Johannes der Täufer Kirche war eine römisch-katholische Kirche an der Reyerskoop in Boskoop in der südholländischen Gemeinde Alphen aan den Rijn.
Die Pfarrei Boskoop wurde im September 1866 gegründet. 1867 oder 1868 wurde die neu gebaute Kirche in Gebrauch genommen und Johannes dem Täufer geweiht. Der Architekt war Theo Asseler. Es war eine kleine dreischiffige Kirche im neoromanischen Stil, mit einem 40 Meter hohen Turm an der Vorderseite. Die Pfarrei wuchs schnell von 300 Gläubigen im Jahr 1866 auf circa 1700 im Jahr 1904. Die Kirche war damals zu klein geworden und wurde von den Architekten Albert Margry und Jozef Snikkers mit einem Querhaus mit Seitakapellen und einem Priesterchor vergrößert. Das Querhaus war höher als das Schiff. Nach der Vergrößerung bot die Kirche Platz für 985 Pfarrangehörige.
