Ooltgensplaat ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Goeree-Overflakkee, in der niederländischen Provinz Südholland. Das Dorf hat 2.660 Einwohner, 981 Wohnungen und 229 Freizeitwohnungen, einschließlich des Weilers Langstraat. Ooltgensplaat war bis 1966 eine eigenständige Gemeinde. In diesem Jahr fusionierte Ooltgensplaat mit den Gemeinden Oude-Tonge und Den Bommel zur Gemeinde Oostflakkee, die 2013 in die neue Gemeinde Goeree-Overflakkee einging.
