Die Boschstraat ist eine der ältesten Straßen in der Innenstadt von Breda. Es war einer der drei Zugangswege zur Stadt. Es gibt verschiedene denkmalgeschützte Gebäude, wie das ehemalige Alte Männerhaus in der Nummer 22, das später die Beyerd und anschließend das Museum Of The Image wurde. Ab dem Frühjahr 2017 ist hier das Stedelijk Museum Breda ansässig. In der Nummer 35-37 befindet sich das Haus De Olyton, erbaut im Jahr 1791. In der Nummer 57 war unter anderem das Huize Raffy, ein Pflegeheim für indonesische Senioren, untergebracht. Ein Denkmal, das verschwunden ist, ist das ehemalige Hotel de Kroon in der Nummer 28.
