Noen Oraphim ist ein Ruinengebäude, das östlich von Prasat Hin Phanom Wan liegt. Die rechteckige Struktur misst 24 mal 42 Meter auf einem 1,6 Meter hohen Fundament, das aus Laterit gebaut wurde. Es gab einen Eingang auf der Ostseite. Das Gebäude stammt aus der Mitte des 10. bis zur Mitte des 11. Jahrhunderts n. Chr. und war wahrscheinlich ein Pavillon für den König, um sich vorzubereiten, bevor er das Heiligtum von Prasat Hin Phanom Wan betritt.
