Die St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church war eine um 1832 gebaute Kirche in Manhattan, New York City. Sie wurde bei den Terroranschlägen am 11. September 2001 in den USA zerstört. Die Kirche und das Deutsche Bank Building waren die beiden einzigen nicht zum World-Trade-Center-Komplex gehörenden Gebäude, die zerstört bzw. wegen der massiven Beschädigungen abgerissen wurden. Zum Zeitpunkt des Einsturzes befand sich niemand in der Kirche.
In dem 1832 errichteten Gebäude befanden sich ursprünglich Wohnungen sowie eine Gaststätte. Griechische Einwanderer erwarben 1916 das Gebäude für 25.000 US-Dollar und bauten es zu einer Kirche um, in der ab 1922 regelmäßig griechisch-orthodoxe Gottesdienste stattfanden. Die Gemeinde gehörte zum Erzbistum von Amerika des Ökumenischen Patriarchats von Konstantinopel. In der Kirche befanden sich einige sakrale Gegenstände, die Zar Nikolaus der Gemeinde gestiftet hatte.
