Das Florida State Prison , früher unter dem Namen „Florida State Prison-East Unit“ bekannt, ist ein US-amerikanisches Staatsgefängnis im Bradford County, Florida. Das Gefängnis befindet sich an der Florida State Road 16, rund 15 km nordwestlich von Starke. Es wurde 1961 eröffnet und 1968 fertiggestellt. Mit einer Kapazität von 1.400 Insassen ist es eines der größten Gefängnisse Floridas. Es beinhaltet eine von drei Hinrichtungsstätten des Staates Florida. In dem Gefängnis werden sowohl Frauen als auch Männer hingerichtet.
Seit 2000 ist die Hinrichtung mit der letalen Injektion die Standardhinrichtungsmethode. Der Delinquent kann auf Wunsch auch mittels des elektrischen Stuhls hingerichtet werden. Das FSP liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe anderer Gefängnisse: des New River Correctional Institution, der New River O-Unit, der FSP West Unit und der Union Correctional Institution.
