Der Metacomet-Monadnock-Trail (M&M-Trail) ist ein 114 Meilen (183 km) langer Wanderweg, der das Metacomet-Ridge der Pioneer Valley-Region von Massachusetts und die zentralen Höhenlagen von Massachusetts und dem südlichen New Hampshire durchquert. Obwohl er weniger als 70 Meilen (110 km) von Boston und anderen großen Ballungsräumen entfernt ist, wird der Weg als bemerkenswert ländlich und malerisch angesehen und umfasst viele Gebiete von einzigartigem ökologischen, historischen und geologischen Interesse. Zu den bemerkenswerten Merkmalen gehören Wasserfälle, dramatische Klippen, freiliegende Berggipfel, Waldgebiete, Sümpfe, Seen, Fluss-Auen, Ackerland, bedeutende historische Stätten und die Gipfel des Mount Monadnock, Mount Tom und Mount Holyoke. Der Metacomet-Monadnock-Trail wird größtenteils durch die Bemühungen des Berkshire Chapters des Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) instand gehalten. Ein Großteil des Weges (aber nicht alle) ist ein Teil des New England National Scenic Trail.
