The final stage also holds some beautiful surprises. Larch forests lend a charming atmosphere to this path that passes by Lake Weissensee. From the Fernstein Fortress, you must admire the lakes of the same name with their fascinating azure color. Slowly you then descend directly from Imst, the destination of this step.
