Hever is a village in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant and a part of the municipality of Boortmeerbeek. It was an independent municipality until it was merged into the municipality of Boortmeerbeek in 1977.
The village center of Hever originated at the intersection of the old road Leuven-Mechelen and the Walkerengatweg, which provided access to the cultural area "Heverveld" and continued to the Donk.
