Description

Birthplace of Vital Celen (°1887-†1956), Flemish man of letters, champion of Flemish culture in French Flanders and co-founder of the Algemeen Vlaams Verbond. A memorial stone by sculptor Jacobs (Bonheiden) was placed to the left of the door in 1957. His grave monument is located on the right near the entrance to the cemetery.
