The Lorette-Rochefort Cave is an underground stalactite cave in Rochefort in the Belgian province of Namur, just a stone's throw away from the Han Caves. Depending on the weather outside the cave, the temperature inside ranges between 2 and 13 degrees. The cave provides a sleeping place for bats, and there are also some small insects and spiders in the cave. The Lhomme river, which once flowed through the caves, now flows through lower-lying parts of the mountain. Fish that might accidentally find themselves in the water survive only a few days.
