A few dozen meters behind the parking area, a completely different Charleroi reveals itself. First, you find yourself in a forest environment and then in a rural setting. The valley of the stream Fontaine-qui-Bout will surely entice you with its many meanders. You walk past a large meadow with an orchard and an authentic landscape of hedges. You cross a farm, and when you turn around, you enjoy a wide view of the massif of the Prinsbos. As you descend Rue Alexandre, you encounter unusual houses with a contemporary and organic architectural style. Along the fish ponds, you re-enter the forest.
