This hiking loop over very accessible, semi-paved and paved roads leads you all the way around the Plas van Rotselaar. This large recreational lake was created in 1975 after sand was extracted for the construction of the E314 freeway. The domain - 23 hectares in size - is divided into a swimming zone, a surfing zone and a fishing zone. As a bonus, your hike goes into the forest toward the imposing Ter Heydetower: 30 meters high and built in the 14th century by Gerard II vander Heiden.
